How the Maintenance Agreement Works
- Customer calls Midwest Systems & Services, Inc. for technical support to troubleshoot between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time at 1-800-999-5575 or 1-812-479-5575.
- Technician will attempt to diagnose and fix the problem via phone.
- If problem cannot be fixed via the phone, the technician will set up a service call and/or ship replacement equipment (depending on customer's GMA Agreement) See below for details.
- If on-site support is required, a technician will be scheduled for a service call.
